Ferry leaves from Hakata Port Bayside Place ferry terminal.

From Hakata Port:
First Ferry: 07:05. Last ferry 22:00

From Shikanoshima:
First Ferry: 06:30. Last ferry 21:15

Ferry route is Hakata Port -> Saitozaki -> Otake -> Shikanoshima.
Journey time: approximately 28 minutes.
Fares: (as at May 28th 2001)
Hakata-> Saitozaki: 430 yen adult single
Hakata-> Otake: 500 yen adult single
Hakata-> Shikanoshima: 630 yen adult single
Child fare is half adult fare.
Tickets:
Buy your tickets from the machines at the far end of the Bayside Place main concourse. The machines have English destination labels and are easy enough to manipulate.
If you miss the last ferry from Saitozaki, take the train from Saitozaki station, or a bus.
