Upmarket Office/Residential area
Yakuin is a vaguely upmarket residential area south of Tenjin. It is notable more for its convenience to the city than anything particular about the area. It is currently undergoing considerable redevelopment as it will be on the new subway branch line to Fukudai making it a local transport hub on the south side of the city
Hirao is also largely a residential/office area, again a little "upmarket". Hirao is on the Nishitestsu train line.
