Shops and the like in a diamond shaped pier off Momochi beach. Pleasant enough if visited in the evening, it is also the terminus for a high speed ferry that runs to Uminonakamichi.
Frankly, it is best viewed from afar and offers little of compelling interest, though if you are in the area there is no particular reason not to venture out on it.
