Tiny park at the end of Oyafuko dori. No reason at all to visit it, but a good recovery point if you have been partaking to excess. The park is explicitly designed to prevent large groups of people from gathering here (after some very minor fighting between kids a few years ago), so the criss-cross of little paths have few seats. In other words, specifically people unfriendly and a moral failure by the city authorities, which is sad. Note the "mushroom" policebox.
