Spectacular modern iron doors to otherwise innocuous local shrine.

Absolutely no reason to go out of your way to visit this local shrine, but if you are in the area (Kego/Yakuin) the entry gateway (above) is very impressive, with ornate iron doors. On either side of the doors are two characters called "Ugg" (who has his mouth open) and "oog" (mouth closed).

The shrine itself is a moment's walk around.

While you are in the area, have a look at the ornate dragons on the water-receptacles of the shrine 20 metres further down the same road, on the opposite side.






On the road between the "Lawson's" on Kokutai-dori and Yakuin Mutsukado.
