Byo-Byo Type: Spanish/Mex (Qjmp: 5007)
Good, authentic Spanish cuisine. Pronounced "byo-byo" (bo-bo has a distinctly saucy meaning in the local Kyushu dialect).
Spanish style restaurant, with Spanish decor and great attempts at making the shop an authentic experience (including a unique method of pouring wine). The hams and cheeses are imported fom Spain, and offer an antidote to the pallid Japanese versions of the same.
Portions are modest for those who have actually eaten in Spain, but reasonable for this country. Still, the cuisine is authentic and good.
